IT Support Technician (Saint-Laurent, Montreal)

Responsible for providing excellent customer service and IT support to users as well as ensuring maintenance and support of computer equipment and software.

DESCRIPTION

  • Provide level 1 technical support to users (hardware and software) on a Windows platform
  • Escalate and resolve technical issues, user issues received through the user help service
  • Install, configure and deploy new computers
  • Manage installations, configuration and upgrades of IT Equipment and software

Electronics Design Engineer (Saint-Laurent, Montreal)

Expected qualifications, work experience and skills:

Over 10 years of experience in international sales in the high-tech industry or in original equipment manufacturing (OEM);
Bilingual (French-English, English impeccable - most of the work is done in English);
