Our commitment
ITF Technologies Inc (hereinafter referred to as "ITF") is committed to implementing the necessary measures to reduce the risk of incidents involving the confidentiality of personal information. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of the personal information of employees, customers, suppliers, as well as anyone who provides services to ITF. We value the trust of our partners. We recognize that maintaining this trust requires us to be transparent and accountable in how we collect and handle the information provided to us.
To ensure the protection of personal information, ITF will only collect, process and share personally identifiable information with the consent of the individual concerned, except where authorized or required by law, in which case your consent will not be required.
By browsing our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and consent to the processing of your personal data and information in accordance with this policy, where applicable.
Objectives of the Privacy Policy
In order to protect your personal information, ITF will only collect, process and share personally identifiable information with your consent, except where permitted or required by law, in which case your consent is not required.
The purpose of this policy is to inform users why and how ITF, or anyone acting on its behalf, will collect and use their personal information. It is written in clear and simple language to ensure users' informed consent.
For the purposes of this policy, "personal information" means information about an individual that enables that individual to be identified directly or indirectly. This may include, for example, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, gender or language, any information relating to an identifiable person or any information that allows a person to be identified.
Generally speaking, a person's professional or business contact details do not constitute personal information, for example a person's name, title, address, e-mail address or business telephone number.
How we obtain consent
We are committed to obtaining an individual's consent before collecting his or her personal data. Consent may be explicit or implicit, and may be given directly by the person concerned or by his or her authorized representative.
We prefer to obtain explicit consent, whether verbally, electronically or in writing. However, implicit consent may be reasonably inferred from a person's action or inaction. For example, providing a name and e-mail address to receive a publication, or a name, e-mail address and telephone number to obtain an answer to a question, is considered implied consent to the collection of information containing personal data. In determining the appropriate type of consent, we take into account the sensitivity of the personal information concerned, the purposes for which it is collected and the reasonable expectations of a similarly situated individual.
If we wish to use personal information for a new purpose, we will describe the intended use and ask for consent again.
It is not always possible to obtain consent to collect, use or disclose personal information. We will never disclose such information other than in accordance with this policy, except as required or permitted by law.

- For legal reasons: We transmit personal information outside our company if access to it is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
ITF commits not to sell or rent your personal information to a third party.
